PPEX Inc. holds no copyright claim over any product images on our website. They are provided by the manufacturer or another source on the web. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly match the actual product due to seasonal model, color or design changes as well as potential mistakes on part of either the source or PPEX Inc.. Because of this we strongly recommend you shop by SKU or "Part Number" which is listed on each product page. If you need assistance finding the correct product or part please contact our staff by phone or email.

Prices & Taxes

Prices charged will be the ones in effect on the date the product leaves PPEx's warehouse. PPEx Inc. may make improvements and/or changes in products, programs, and pricing in this publication at any time. PPEX Inc. shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, and printing errors. PPEx reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone and refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or error in the quote. All quotes are valid for 15 days. Applicable taxes will be applied to all invoiced products and must be paid by the purchaser.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information from the manufacturers, PPEX Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. PPEX Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed.

ACCOUNT

PPEx is a Pool Distributor and as such an account to purchase with us can only be opened by a pool dealer, including but not limited to: Pool/Spa Builders, Pool/Spa Service Technicians, Pool/Spa Service Companies and Pool/Spa retail or online stores. Appropriate proof will be requested by our staff before your account is fully unlocked and able to make purchases.

PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING:

All payments are due on net 30-day terms, from the invoice date, on approved credit. NSF payments will be charged $100. All overdue accounts will be charged a 3% interest charge per month.

DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS

All packing slips must be signed prior to taking the product. By signing you have indicated that you have inspected the product(s) and agree to purchase it in its current condition at the full price. If damage occurs during shipping you MUST make a notation on the driver's BOL prior to signing the delivery release notice and email shipping@ppex.ca to inform us of the damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. All discrepancy claims must be made to  PPEx Inc. within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

WARRANTIES

All products supplied by PPEx Inc. are subject to the original manufacturer's warranties. Credits will only be issued once the product has been inspected and approved by the original manufacture only. Any implied warranty which the purchaser may have, including satisfaction, must be made within the applicable warranty period. In no event shall PPEx Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

RETURNED GOODS

All returns must be authorized by PPEx prior to being shipped back or dropped off at our location. Products being shipped back must be pre-paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will apply to special order items.

SHIPPING

We ship Canada-Wide daily, all orders placed unless out of stock will ship out the following business day. Should you have any shipping discrepancies please email shipping@ppex.ca with your order number in the subject line.
